Class Descriptions

You & me

For Ages 17 Months - 3 1/2 Years old. The class is for Parents and their child it is a 60 min class that focuses on basic movement, body awareness, and fundamental motor skills. This class is great to get your little one comfortable in the gym and acclimated in a class setting with the comfort of having you by their side.
Duration: One Hour

Tiny tots

This Class is for Ages 3 & 4 (potty Trained). This class gets gymnasts comfortable with being in the gym while developing fundamental gymnastics skills on bars, beam, vault, and floor.
Duration: One Hour

Tumbling Ages 4-6

For ages 4 - 6 . This class focuses on developing tumbling basics. This class will also focus on strength conditioning and building muscles to make their tumbling goals easier to obtain.

Tumbling

For Ages 7+. This class focuses on tumbling skills. Strength training is also included in this class to help your gymnast easier achieve their tumbling goals.
Duration: One Hour

OLDER BOYS AND GIRLS

Older Boys and Girls Ages 7-9 -This class is for Ages 7-9. This Class includes rotation between Bars,Beam,Vault,and Floor.
Duration: One Hour

Older Boys and Girls Ages 10+ -This class is for Ages 10+. This Class includes rotation between Bars,Beam,Vault,and Floor.
Duration: One Hour

Older Boys and Girls Ages 7+ 2 Hour Class- This Class is for Ages 7+ and is a two hour long class that includes longer rotation between Bars, Beam, Vault, and Floor.
Duration: Two Hours

Tots Gymnastics

Tots is for Ages 5-6 including Rotation between Bars, Beam, Vault, and Floor. Tots will work on developing fundamentals and achieving their goals.
Duration: One Hour

Acro and Tumbling

Acro and Tumbling is a popular sport through the NCAA. It's a combination of gymnastics acro/tumbling and stunting! Our Classes are offered for ages 7+.
Duration: 90 Minutes

Invitation Only Classes

Tots too

Ages 4 - 8 years old and a 90 min class. This is an invitation only class that prepares gymnasts for our pre team and a long term of goal making it onto our competitive team. Many gymnasts will remain in our Tots Too class for 1 to 2 seasons before moving onto Pre-Team.

PRE-TEAM

This Class is designed for ages 6+. Girl's Pre-Team meets 2x a week for a total of four hours per week.
Gymnasts in our Pre-Team class have a long term goal of being invited to our Girl's Competitive Team!

Ninja Zone

Ages 3&4

Lil’ Ninjas is the entry level to the all-new sport discipline! Class goals include listening skills, confidence, trying new things, working through frustration, and manners.
Duration: One Hour

Ages 5&6

A strategic mix of skills and progressions building both strength and confidence with the opportunity to move up levels at their own pace.
Duration: One Hour

Ages 7+

This class is developed around Ages 7+ with the opportunity to move up levels at their own pace.
